1. General
These rules are the returns policy operated by Dashtrack (the “Returns Policy”).
These rules are supplemental to the Terms and Conditions of this Website (the “Website Terms and Conditions”) which can be found here
2. Refund & returns policy
If you change your mind about your purchase, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with its original packaging. Dashtrack is not responsible for the shipping costs of returns if you have changed your mind.
3. Warranty and faults
Our products are guaranteed for 2 years from purchase date or replacement date. If any of your items are faulty and they have not been damaged, you can return them which will be replaced free of charge.
If you receive your Dashtrack or any item and it has been damaged in transit or has a fault you are not responsible for the cost of returns and we will cover those costs. We will immediately send you out a replacement if this is the case, or offer you a refund. The choice, is yours.
